This "tutu" adorable dress features cap length lace sleeves with a scalloped lace ballet neckline and low "V" back detailing. Dress boasts a multi-tier skirt with lace as the top layer and mesh for the bottom two. For a sweet finish, we added a bow to the center back. Fully front lined.
